This gorgeous home had just been completely renovated to give the original 1980s floor-to-ceiling floral wallpaper and closed off floorplan a major makeover.  It is also located just a stones throw from Pewaukee Lake. I wanted to stage this home with a breezy coastal feel.  When helping select the shiplap blue and light neutral paint palette with the seller, I wanted to keep that laid back lake feel in mind.  The furniture selections reflect a sophisticated look but playful enough to appeal to the young, working family.  Each space's furniture and decor placement was carefully thought out to ensure the buyer would be able to see themselves living here and creating new memories.  This home sold during its first showing!
